Basic Chatbot Terms of Service

By accessing or using the free Basic Chatbot ("Service") provided by Millstone AI Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

The Basic Chatbot is provided free of charge and is designed to offer automated conversational assistance on websites. The Service is subject to usage limitations, including monthly token limits as determined by the Company in its sole discretion.

The Service is built using third-party frameworks and technologies. You acknowledge that the availability, performance, and functionality of the Service may be affected by these third-party components, which are beyond our direct control.

The Basic Chatbot is subject to monthly token usage limits. Once you reach these limits, the Service will be unavailable until the next month's cycle begins. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time without prior notice.

Usage of the Service that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be excessive or abusive may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your access to the Service without notice.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activities
• Attempt to "jailbreak" or circumvent the chatbot's built-in limitations
• Conduct distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or other forms of network abuse
• Engage in token usage spam or attempts to circumvent usage limitations
• Generate, upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Harvest or collect information about other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Millstone AI Solutions LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Millstone AI Solutions LLC.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Millstone AI Solutions LLC, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
